My husband was given the utmost care, always treated with dignity and respect. I was always shown kindness and given support. It would have helped to have been informed that had my husband seen a doctor in his last few days, we would not have had the traumatic wait if five hours before one was able to come and before he could be taken to the undertakers. I would not wish anyone else to have to endure this.
