From the minute I walked through the door, I was treated with great kindness. I was very scared when I arrived and very quickly that disappeared. The whole staff team treated me with such kindness, respect and dignity, keeping me informed the whole time. The doctors had the time to sit and talk and I felt they looked at the whole of me which was what I needed. Within 24 hours of walking through the door, I felt like a different person. I had some of me back. Thank you.
