That every member of staff introduced themselves and took the time to speak to us as a family and the patient. Fantastic facilities and support for families going through such a difficult time. Treated with such respect and provided with privacy when needed to understand development in care and plan. Maybe a clock in the room. But such amazing facilities and care no improvement needed. Thank you.
