Share review of West Mendip Hospital

We arrived before the 8.30 pm last admission on 1 September 2021, a surly female staff member came to the door and says they were closed, telling us to go to Yeovil or Taunton. Staff member made no enquires as to the nature of injuries or whether I could get to Yeovil or Taunton. I hopped back to the cat and it was still before 8,30 on. Checked the NHS website and it states last admission.8.30 pm and closes 9 pm. There were 2 people in the waiting room.
