Staff were very good at keeping me informed about appointment delays friendly and approachable helps to manage expectations and anxiety.
Suggested improvements
Appointment was delayed by 45 minutes but understand out of doctors control.

I was admitted during a junior doctors strike. Apart from a lengthy wait for an ambulance. The service provided was courteous, excellent and of a very high standard.
The Thomas ward staff work as a very good team and are very friendly!

I could not have had better service. All the staff demonstrated wonderful care, support, compassion and understanding. Absolutely first class. It was a priviledge to be looked after by such lovely people.
