The staff in all areas from doctors nurses catering and cleaners were all so lovely and so caring. It made the whole experience easier to handle.

Very little really. Perhaps have someone to just to answer the phone.

I felt informed about the procedure 2 well cared for, particularly following the procedure.

Nothing better from the staff and consultant.
Only observation was the temperature, of the courses were little cold (this could have been me though!).
