It was my second late night visit this year with my son , we were seen immediately as he was having breathing issues, both times all the staff we meet were calm, kind and friendly , he was obviously distressed but they tried so hard to cheer him up and look after him quickly but gently.

Absolutely nothing to comment here, both experiences have been as nice as they can be considering the circumstances

My doctor that I saw was useless and not helpful. Did not act like she wanted to be there at all. The nurses and the surgeon were brilliant and couldn’t have done more. Just a shame about the female doctor

The team of midwives have been absolutely amazing, everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful, it's made such a difference to the birthing experience.
Suggested improvements
The only thing that I could see an improvement would be the food choice (proper lunch and diner tray type). Also the ability to be seen by a doctor rather than having to move to swan ward.

Excellent care for my baby. Was seen quickly and all doctors made such an effort to make her smile and feel welcome.
