The nurse and doctors have been dedicated in their care of me, and I have been kept well informed the catering staff have been excellent and have responded to all my request. The cleaning staff have been doing a great job. The place is clean and tidy.
Suggested improvements
A shelf in the bathroom above the mirror, at the moment you have to put you local bag and towels on top of the bin which I think in very unhygienic some cloths hooks would be good instead of the floor on top of the bins.

The staff were all so helpful and caring.
considering it was a A&E visit i was seen with in a couple of hours which i was very impressed with.
The waiting area was immaculate as were the rest of the department. Thank you Warwick A&E for my care

I was shown empathy for my symptoms

The doctor raised my anxiety because he said he’d be concerned himself
He stated I needed an endoscopy but couldn’t arrange one , regardless of my symptoms
I was informed I needed to go and see my GP
This can be challenging and has potentially delayed the procedure
