As A paramedic with over twenty five years I hope I never have to go through your doors again
Three hours after being brought in by ambulance with chest pain and no treatment or any consultation apart from a three minute ECG I self discharged and when to Wolverhampton heart and lung were I am under further investigation.

Just do something rather than nothing.
At the moment you even do nothing badly.

Everyone was polite and seemed concerned.

It was very busy and so waits were longer than expected. So sort of warning about waiting times would have been helpful.

Excellent staff and doctors - all very professional, caring and went above and beyond what I had expected.
I didn’t eat anything whilst I was there but I did have a cup of tea which was lovely.
