The endoscopy team made me feel like an individual and made the whole process the best they could. From the preparation to the team doing the actual procedure and in recovery. Everyone was lovely. Thank you

Excellent care from friendly professionals. I am very thankful

Excellent - only slight comment was that on attending emergency X-ray dept there was a female nurse/dr/ radiographer ( not sure) who was fast asleep in the office chair, in her uniform I full view of patients in waiting area. It was approx 1pm lunchtime on a Sunday.

My appointment was almost on time, I was looked after by a team of three lovely professionals, the doctor clearly explained the procedure to me, ensured that I had no problem with needles, and the whole team advised me on recovery. The whole experience was relaxed and I felt reassured and comfortable throughout.

Thank to the team for being both highly professional while informal enough to make a procedure I had been worried about, a pleasant experience.

I was taken through as an emergency when my vitals were of concern. I was treated with kindness given how concerned they were about me. Kept in the loop all the time explaining what they were doing and why. I did not have food but both my husband and I were offered tea.
