The nurses were quick, friendly and efficient. Very knowledgeable and put you completely at ease.
Suggested improvements
Give the nurses proper breaks and employ a few more on the wards to ease their pressure. They are the next best resource you have so appreciate the more!!

Nursing staff were excellent, food was awful.
Suggested improvements
Communication with patients needs to be better. Spent days not knowing what was happening, spent less than 1 minute with doctor before he went off.
Was told one day I would be going home, then much later into almost evening, I was told that neurosurgery wanted me to stay due to concerns next morning, told I was going home. Again and 6 hours later..Still in hospital.

Patient was treated well and family kept informed of treatment and care given.
Suggested improvements
After care mentioned in ICU was not followed through in ward after transfer and considering ICU care was quickly discharged with no follow ups. GP was not happy and left us concerned patient should not have left hospital.
