The nurses and midwives were all very helpful.
Everything perfect. excellent.
Cheerful & friendly staff, good quality of support & care during my stay on Willoughby Ward. Good levels of team spirit from all, with proffessional attitudes even when working under pressure. (Often) Domestic staff maintained high standard of cleanliness.
I found the care I received excellent, everyone extremely kind. I could not ask for better treatment
Night time help slow & a bit limited. When having a late labour & painful stitches I really struggled to change nappies etc that night.
Needed much more support with breastfeeding- had lots of problems with my first baby & ended up stopping- really wanted to make it success this time but feel I've really lacked support/encouragement. Had to ask for pain meds several times- been forgotten despite notes & handover midwife explaining I was having bad after pains.
I was happy w everything. Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful staff always there to help and advice. Thank you
The midwives and Doc's were brilliant, they never left my side and helped us through a very difficult 36hr labour. The midwives Inga, Helen and Angie were so caring and passionate, the worked so hard and their advice and recommendation is so valuable. Also very good humoured which is so important! They are a credit to this hospital. I hope they get recognised for it!
All the care was given with great expertise and compassion but they could certainly do with another member of staff each shift to lighten their work load
