Excellent friendly staff and explained carefully of what was happening. Waiting times greatly improved since last visit (approx 3 months ago). Can't think of any improvements, care was so good.

At Stoneleigh I was assed imediately. The ambulance crew were efficient. I was seen and assed very quickly and shown compasion and caring. Giving reassurance.

Constant attention by willing and friendly staff - couldn't fault any of them except some need to lower their voices! Noise level when using equipment such as shutting bins and scraping chairs. Minor points I know but worth a mention. Very high especially during night hours.
