Would have liked to have discussed the injury in more detail with someone on the evening it happened. The virtual clinic invited me back to have my arm put in plaster and the person who did it very kindly waited for me to arrive at Warwick when they were due to close rather than direct me to a larger hospital that was further away. Despite this I still am no wiser about what the injury actually is. It would have been useful to speak to someone once it had been put in plaster.

Everybody is very nice and you feel welcomed. Whilst an old hospital, you feel like a person and not a number. Well done

I arrived quite late in the evening in A&E and need a wheelchair to get around. It was very busy and my daughter wasn't able to stay with me so I was a little concerned. But I was brilliantly and kindly looked after, everyone was clear, knowledgeable and helpful, the investigations were well explained and a taxi was arranged for me to get home at 02:30 am. Thank you for such attentive and amazing care.
