Very caring and helpful in minor injuries. Offered to help with my newborn at the time of my scan.

Could have done with more aftercare guidance from fracture team.
The letter they’ve sent details a site to look at for exercises etc there are none related to foot or toe fractures so this is also unhelpful.

Obviously there was a long waiting time for care & attention but generally all staff were friendly,helpful & tried best to reassure me.
Suggested improvements
Trainee nurse was awkward in applying a test so maybe another nurse should have attended to ease my worry.

Seen with half an hour into triage. Was a long wait until discharged however the nurses taking observations were always present, kind and caring.

The massive amount of under-investment, coupled with unnecessary bureaucracy, is destroying a national health service that was once the envy of the world.
I fully support any and all action that frontline staff are unfortunately being forced to take, just to be treated with the respect that they deserve.
Staff as always are faultless. We appreciate you. “Thank you”never seems to say enough

If you are booking an appointment online, you organise your life around that time. So to arrive 10 minutes early, and then wait over an hour, before asking if there had been an unexpected incident or delay, it’s incredibly frustrating to be told that the “appointment” is actually an “arrival time”. Most people prefer honesty. Just tell us when we book the appointment that it’s an arrival time, and we will be prepared for wait. We understand the pressure and unpredictability of the work you do. Just be straight with us. Thank you

I was discharged from A&E with the follow-up that I need an ultra scan. I am still waiting for confirmation.

Following a triarge appointment I was left waiting for a follow-up only to be contacted by mobile to attend minor injuries about an hour later of which I no knowledge.
