Staff very friendly full of knowledge. Lady on reception very friendly greeted me with a smile and kindness.
Suggested improvements
Could do with a snack machine it is a walk to the shop as I am elderly staff were very kind and gave me a sandwich.

The staff on thr ward have been so attentive and caring. The doctors/surgeons have taken me and my condition seriously and have helped me so much, I am incredibly grateful, I feel so much better within only 24 hours and I think the ENT team are doing an amazing job.

Food quality is not great and unclear on meal times.
