I went to see the Physiotherapist today. After first contact I had an appointment the next morning. The care and treatment were of an excellent nature with the Physio involved was an excellent communicator and very empathetic. The o going exercise regime is easy to understand, with any ongoing problems easily solved by a phone call

Appauling standard of care. Had to chase 4 times after my 8 month old daughter had been left in the waiting room for 5 hours even though our family GP had phoned ahead and sent us with a letter. Yhe A and E department wasnt even that busy with 4 other children arriving after us but being seen in the paediatric ward before us. We were then advised they were having to wait for a room to be free to assess her. In the end this was conducted in the corridor so that we could take her home after 5 hours waiting in reception
Suggested improvements
We were not triaged correctly with insufficient basic checks being completed. This led to a 5 hour wait time in A and E even though our family GP had sent us with a letter and called ahead for observations. Absolutely appauling standard of care that an 8 month old could be left for this amount of time when the concern was that she wasnt taking on fluids. It would have also continued longer had we not have chased her care 4 times.
