Process from 111 to A&E to ward was within reasonable time and well looked after.

Triage nurse seemed to “judge me” because I had had a tummy tuck in London and “ we have got to pick up the pieces”. That's how she made me feel.

We couldn’t have had better care! Everyone we came across across went above and beyond to make our birth perfect. We appreciate it so much. Special thanks to our surgeon Garima Singh for a brilliant and safe delivery, our anaesthetist Sunil who kept me calm and updated throughout the c-section, Hannah Thompson and Nico who assisted in theatre and kept me calm and were such a positive part of my birth experience, the brilliant midwife Kate in theatre. Also I’d like to mention Jane who supported my husband before and in theatre and us all on the ward and Cat who went above and beyond on the ward also. Thanks!

Fantastic service provided under poor staffing conditions.
Suggested improvements
Spoke to my husband about my condition who was waiting in A and E, as INSTRUCTED until it was closed due to a roof leak.
He arrived home finding messages on the answering phone from the hospital to collect me.

Review of Outpatients Department Warwick General Card

I arrived early and was seen just a couple of minutes after arrival. Staff were courteous and cheery.

It would have been good to be given a leaflet explaing what exercises I should be doing having had a plaster cast removed and replaced by a splint to be worn for two weeks. Other NHS trusts provide this following fractures.
