All staff were helpful, kind, caring and professional (except an all occassion when I became very upset afterwards),

Everybody on Hatton ward was excellent respectful and engaging. If I have to come back I will be quite happy with the team that were on duty- day and night.
Suggested improvements
I arrived by ambulance in A&E and there was quite a but of chatting perhaps could have been in private, but I appreciate that all staff are under great pressure, time and finance wise.

Excellent service. Friendly and informative doctors and nurses. Speedy service. Provided lots of help for me to understand inhalers given reward chart to help my son feel more eager to use inhaler.
