Most recent experience of Coventry Hospital is out patient UROLOGY. The SHO had not read my notes so it was a difficult encounter. In his letter to my Dr he managed to read my notes and give a just passable account of my appt, ie zero decided after the patient had done 70 miles return trip to the hospital. I have been neglected since and hope to see the consultant in May. Failing this I will have to go private again to get some help.

The Dr should read the notes and Coventry should treat my Illness
