I can't speak highly enough of the staff that have just looked after me on the 23hour ward, both the day staff and night staff were extremely professional and curtious and in particular listened to what you had to say and fedback information where appropriate. I was also very impressed with the very high standards of hygene, the changing of clothes, aprons and washing of hands and the scrubbing down of each bed after use. Even the hospital food that sometimes gets a bad rap was pretty good and offered good options each day, though toast would have been nice for breakfast ;-) Overall i would say the 23hour ward is a credit to warwick hospital and the NHS and you should all be very proud of the exceptional work you do everyday.
