I brought my son (41) to minor injuries as he had suffered a series of nose bleeds whilst visiting us at home. He was informed by the duty nurse that cauterisation could not be done as his nose was bleeding at the time. We were concerned as he was due to fly back to Brussels that same day and then was going to the US the following Thursday. Fortunately when he got back to Brussels he was able to see an ENT guy who cauterised his nose which took 2 minutes. Could this have been done at the time on Stratford. Also might it not be a good idea to have some sort of queuing system for minor injuries such as booking in at reception and being given a number.
