Share review of Warwick Hospital

My medication was signed off even though I didn't have it they got my bloods mixed up with someone else I didn't feel very confident in the hospital to say the least. Just seem like all staff was treading over each other. Lake of communication no equipment working correctly

I fear for the future of the NHS. Being in a cordor treated like meat. Even animals have a room when they go to hospital. Nurses was not very confident taking bloods. Total mess
