The treatment I received was great, everyone was very kind but I was there about 6 hours which isn't really acceptable, this is through no fault of any staff working but because you are so terribly under resourced. I was in agony with a broken ankle and it took hours to find anyone to ask for painkillers after my initial dose. It's quite traumatic being in pain and having to just sit and wait for hours without any clear indication of how long you will be there. I have great sympathy for those working as they are working flat out.

Communicated how long I was going to be there, offered 2nd dose of painkillers sooner.
