Doctor was not as approachable. Did not introduce themselves. However, took my 8 month old child who had a severe high temperature, was seen to straight away by senior nurses, given correct medication and prescribed with medication and has taken it regular and when required.

The doctor who saw my 8 month old, could have better approached us parents, by introducing she was the doctor before entering our cubicle, and could have listened to us better, and to help better her communition with us.
