Staff who dealt with patients are wonderful. Communication was very poor. We would have been In A&E all night if someone had not after a very long wait that minor injuries was shut !!!!! We had already waited 6 hours with a 6 year old with a fractured arm and didn’t even get it look at that evening. We were told A&E would be another 4 hours on top of time already waited my poor child

Look after the little ones if they are in pain. Communicate with patients if minor injuries is closing tell people manage expectations and advise on best steps going forward.
