Everyone was amazing and were so generous and polite. They answered the bell quickly and got everything. I needed and answered all questions.

The night staff do not keep up to date with why your in the ward and are sometimes a bit rushed off their feet so may need some help. Obs should also be done at least one between 9pm and 6am.
