Dr was brilliant! Triage nurse could have and should have listened to me. She failed to pass on that I had been told to attend A&E by my GP to determine that there was no blood clot. ( I had chest pain and had flown the previous day). Failure to pass this information to the Dr resulted in delays and further blood tests being needed.

Toilet was dirty…bodily fluids on the wall tiles
