This is frightening time and at every stage I felt that this was understood. The speed of treatment, the honesty, the explanations given as many times as I need it. There is a professionalism and kindness shown at ll times. No one has ever made me fel unable to verbalise my fears and need for clarification or many issues. I can access the service by phone or email and the response to this is rapid and invaluable.

Seriously - if I could think of one little thing I would say so - but there is not in a time of gret strain on the NHS. The nurses give me the two most precious things - professionalism and time.
