I waited two and a half hours to be seen, I was offered a cup of tea. The waiting area was functional.

Suggested improvements
As always a little more communication, we had no idea that we were in mior injuries and out of hours GP area, so became a little frustrated when people were seen before me despite arriving after me!!!
