All staff involved were very helpful, friendly and supportive. Including advising me when it was not appropriate to undertake the exercise classes when they were concerned about my health. Including making a G.P telephone appointment for me.

Cannot think of anything as everything was fully explained and any personal concerns dealt with very professionally.
