I was a bit disappointed to have not been listened to regarding previous experiences with my daughters situation requiring antibiotics. We left without any and then had to have another gp appointment the next day as my daughter had gone downhill as predicted.

I believe had we been given the antibiotics as requested to would’ve meant we wouldn’t have needed another appointment today.
