I found all the staff from surgical/ theater staff to the nursing staff on the ward extremely friendly, polite and compassionate. Everyone was helpful and I was made to feel totally at ease. I had some lovely chats with the nursing staff.

The discharge process was a bit slow, I found I was left waiting for the doctor review before discharge when everyone else was seen first thing. However this didn't distract from the excellent care received.
