EPACTU have been outstanding especially Jolene, Sam and Hope, I cannot thank them enough for the time, guidance, reassurance and kind words at the most difficult time.

Communication on the ward, although I understand everyone is very busy. Wake up in recovery to a baby crying after 5mm, timing did not feel very well thought out.
