Today I was seen at the Minor Injuries Unit at Warwick Hospital, I arrived at 7.30am in A&E and then sent to MIU for their opening time at 8.30am. I had a dislocated toe which was treated quickly and professionally, I received two consultations and two x rays within 2.5 hours, amazing turn around and really professional support and care. I want to make a special mention to the senior nurse at MIU, Becky McAttur (not sure of the spelling), she was wonderful. So caring, personable, knowledgeable and committed, she treated me as if I was the only person she was seeing that day, so much personal care and attention. I instantly warmed to her style and her team. A huge thank you for her help today, such a wonderful professional, representing the incredible NHS with warmth and dedication. Thank you, Becky.
