Did not recognise the severity of the situation, even though I kept saying over and over that he was still in status, doctors were reassuring me that he wasn’t but actually he was and when I finally got them to listen he had been having seizures for hours! Not acceptable

Everything! Apart from everyone was lovely, just didn’t listen and didn’t really feel like they knew what they were doing
