Absolutely terrible care. Spent 8 hours waiting to be told my daughter who is was in pain to go home as there was nothing wrong. I said I wasn’t going to leave until she was given an ultrasound scan on her abdomen. Good job I did she has a 5.5cm cyst on her ovaries. Still no follow up been made after numerous chases. Triage nurse extremely rude to me and my daughter that day and a lot of people were very upset that day over her words and treatment.

Communication between departments needs to improve, follow up with patients needs to improve and staff need to start listening to parents concerns more
