Seen within 20 minutes of entering A&E. The triage nurse listened to what I had to say and very quickly gave me the equipment I needed to flush my recent catheter. All sorted within 25 minutes.

When explaining what I needed to chap on the reception desk he 'authoritatively' told me they never handed our syringe/solution to patients with catheters for them to self flush. Clearly wrong, as the triage nurse did exactly that; knowing that if she didn't I would then be an emergency admission at some point
