The thing that needs improvement is the response time to the call bell, I haven’t been offered a salad since I have been here it would have been nice to have the option.

My case worker (Donna) came out as soon as I first contacted the Mental Health Team and she always came out after that when she said that she would. She was excellent and understood how I was feeling at the time and helped my confidence. Her knowledge helped me to understand myself and my illness better. I would recommend her.
