Therapy sessions have been very helpful. Information given was clear and gave me motivation. Regular sessions were given with encouragement and clarity. Procedures were explained and encouraged.

Have got my wife walking, so she can return home. Amazing. Staff are kind and considerate. Don't think you could have improved the care and service she has received.

overall the level of kindness, nothing was too much trouble. Medication given regular and pain control good. Menus generally tasty, handovers thorough and inclusive.

More pillows! supply of non- dairy milk not consistent but staff kindness ensured it was restored quickly.

General care and attention to needs not patronising.

I find the food menu rather confusing and choices limited. EG. I would rather have a sandwich at lunch and hot meal in the evening.

I am particular impressed by the quality of the physiotherapy department. The nurses have made an effort to give me personal attention.

Would have been nice to have had the opportunity to go and see outside or around the hospital.
