Staff don’t have much time to stand and talk and I feel lonely. The staff are always busy and the call bells our always flashing so they are overwhelmed with their job loads.
They are my thoughts. 99% of the time the staff our cheerful and happy to help.
Having spent four weeks in this hospital I have been aware of the variety of roles that staff have to contend with. I am amazed how well the staff cope and carry them self under the enormous pressures.
I have always been treated with respect, kindness and compassion.
The ward is very much short staffed however they all do a brilliant job better than other wards I have stayed on.
Wallingford is relaxed, Fare better than the JR. Lots of compassion given by staff. Genuinely caring and nothing is too much trouble.
Because it’s true.
The care has been very good
I have been treated very good, all has been explained to me as it’s gone along
The views are nice to look at, especially the garden
