The ward has been relying on agency workers a lot and they do not have the same approach as the employed staff.

To start with I was dreading being in hospital after being in the JR. Since being in Wallingford it has been extremely pleasant. I have felt like I am in a private hospital and if I had to pay for the service I would have. I feel Wallingford give a more personal patient centred approach.
