Everyone is nice, they answer the bells in a timely manor. The staff never grumble even when I can see they are under lots of pressure. Everyone is lovely.

I know there is staffing issues at times but I would prefer more consistent night staff who know me as well as the day staff.

Staff are amazing, no job is ever to big for any of them. I have been treated with kindness and respect throughout my stay here. The breakfast and lunch is always nice however I would prefer a hot evening meal.

I would prefer a hot evening meal apposed to soup or omelettes. I don’t like sandwiches for dinner or soup.

The wait time is kept to a minimal. The nurses make time to get to know you individually. They are all very kind support me with my concerns and worries when I have had any.

There could be less agency staff of a night. They do. It have the same approach as the employed staff.
