Auxiliary staff and nursing staff, are well informed of my nursing care, by the poster boards by the bed, it informs the nurse of the support I a need Overall kindness, nothing was to much trouble, medication was regular and pain control good, menus generally tasty, handovers through and inclusive.

more pillows, supply of non-diary milk not consistent, but staff kindness and ensured it was restored quickly
