I was just managing with a walking frame to begin with. I feel confident as there is always someone beside me to support me so I don't fall or wobble, someone had my back - Literally. I have been able to have showers when asked and am a lot more independent since being at Wallingford although I do still require some help.

Suggested improvements
Sometimes you have to wait when calling the buzzer for a nurse, sometimes can be waiting a few mins before a health care professional appears.

The staff are very cheerful and caring. The soups are fabulous, I really enjoy them.

Suggested improvements
Staff at evening change over are cheerful and have a good sense of humor - a wonderful crowd! However I would be grateful for quiet evening voices from staff

The staff are well trained and caring - even when working under lots of pressure

Suggested improvements
Can be a long day sometimes awake by 6am and don't sleep until 11pm. I think this due to the staff doing their rounds. Some staff are very noisy. Staff use the bays for conversations rather than the office this isn't often but does happen - Lowered voices at night from staff would be nice
