The care and support I have received has been outstanding. Lisa is a credit to the team and I'm grateful for her help. The CPNS I have seen have been fab. The waiting list for talking therapy could be improved but understand this relates to funding.
No care at all, no person skills, especially with someone feeling scared and vulnerable. No desire to help, just to tick boxes. No care plan in place.
Unapproachable unreliable.
Inconsistent staffing.
No advice given.
No sense of urgency in a crisis.
No effort to understand the patient.
More information given.
Courtesy call when running late.
Consistent check up calls and visits by S/worker.
More input from psychiatric i,e one to one, help from them with changes and how you can achieve.
Would like to see more work and involvement, rather than relying on.
All fine.
Kind, caring and listening even when I go off subject.
Deep explanations which gave a better understanding to my conditions bringing normality to my condition.
More funding for further sessions or after care.
O
Would like to say thank you to the staff.
However felt not enough justification was given to myself as to why I was staying here.
If you staying a while, changing bedrooms to mingle more.
