My care was individualised. My nurse and care team wanted to know what would help me at every step of the way. I was consulted which made me feel calmer and more in control.
My nurse, in particular, was very empathetic and understanding.

Morning good. No receptionist so it is extremely difficult to enter the waiting room without feeling like a criminal. Dr had no notes, computes didn't work, window wouldn't open. Dr forget to follow up at least twice.
