All the staff were very kind, especially when I first came in as had to go back to the john Radcliffe a few times. Felt reassured thank you.
Excellent service provided. My son had cut his head on the corner of a table. The paramedic was excellent with my son, really putting him at ease. She explained clearly everything to me. A really great service. Thank you
The person seeing my 3 year old grandson had a fantastic bedside manner - putting him at immediate ease and making his treatment very easy to perform. This visit did not phase him at all- and I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience/kindness/approach .
My toe was wrapped up in a tea towel because it had been bleeding profusely since I had removed a dressing , and the nurse was so careful and kind. She understood how painful it was and went overboard in cleaning and dressing it. Then she gave me clear instructions on how to dress it further, and reassured me of what to do if it happens again. I felt valued and cared for. Thank you NHS
Have stayed longer than wanted to, happy to be going home. The staff have been wonderfull and caring.

Everyone was kind, but was glad to go home
I have made lots of friends here and have been looked after very well. I am sad to go.

I didn't have to wait very long to get an appointment. I was sent information well before the appointment. I would have like to have been told in the letter what the assessment would involve. The staff were very thorough. I felt listened to and did not feel rushed. I felt the advice I was given was carefully considered and compassionately delivered.
