My care was wonderful and I would recommend the clinic as a place to go rather than waiting for ages at A&E. So quick and efficient. Our experience in the car park was, however, not so happy. The machine is situated where the light from the overhead lamps does not illuminate it. It is impossible to read the instructions. Between us we managed to put in the car reg number and then pressed the green button twice. Nothing happened for about 3 minutes, though we were not timing it. A message on the screen seemed to suggest that something was happening, so no one else could use the machine ( a lady was waiting behind us) and we had not received our ticket. Then quite suddenly it started up again and printed the ticket. Very stressful, and not what one should expect from the NHS
