The staff at all levels have been brilliant and taken time to understand his special needs, cleanliness is excellent and communication is first class

It takes him a long time to get to know and trust staff members(which he certainly does now) and so any suggestions of being moved to another setting could be detrimental to the care he is currently receiving.
